TRAINING
A practical course on the how, the what and the when of being a barista.
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of the course a certificate is presented to all participants.
Barista Training - Course
We offer a short morning or afternoon course, running from 08:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 17:00.
Course includes the following:

Various coffee machines and their functions.

The importance of water, milk, coffee grind and freshness.

Functions of an industrial espresso machine.

How to make the various types of coffees like cappucino, latte, espresso etc.

Frothing milk, setting of grinder, temperature control and pulling shots.

Serving coffee and other drinks with the appropriate cups.

Customer Service.

Latte art.
-
Cleaning and maintenance of industrial coffee machine.
Course consists of 2 trainees at a time and takes approximately 4 hours to complete.
